How to get started with the Maryland Mortgage Program (RMAP) program

Program rca is a mortgage program that helps you build wealth and save for a home you can afford.
The program helps eligible borrowers earn an annual loan payment of up to $150,000 to help them pay for a down payment and a downpayment deposit.
You must be 18 years old or older and be at least 60 years old.
The first step is to set up a mortgage account.
You can also apply online or over the phone.
Your application will be reviewed by the mortgage broker and you will be considered for a mortgage if approved.
RMAP has a $5,000 monthly payment cap and can be paid monthly or annually.
The application fee is $35.
